We try our best to make the cancellations and refunds process simpler and smoother. Please read through to understand our policy -
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the ordered item has not yet been shipped from our end.
Once your cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Green Path reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
On approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your card/bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Amendments to the Policy
The Green Path reserves the right to amend these policies at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers with orders in process, and the updated policies will be available on our website.
