Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Acceptance of returns & refund post delivery is subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1.Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
2.Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds usually take 5-7 business working days to process and appear in your bank account. If you don't get a refund after 10 days, please write to us with your transaction ID at organicstore@thegreenpath.in
